Listed Building application for alterations comprising installation of new boundary treatments to street frontages

Listed Building Consent for:- 1) Change of use of part of car park to outside seating area in connection with adjoining public house, including decking 2) Erection of open sided single storey structure to form bar/servery. 3) Erection of boundary wall/railings and gates to Lowgate frontage. 4) Formation of door opening to north side elevation of 41 Lowgate. (Retrospective application)

1. Demolition of existing rear garage whilst retaining 1.50m x 1.50m concrete base 2. Erection of 12.84m long x 1.80m high timber fence along West boundary, following demolition of existing boundary wall 3. External works to curtilage:- installation of a hedge (5.97m wide x 1.00m high) along South boundary, concrete areas around the rear to be replaced with concrete block pavers and landscaped area.

Application under S19 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas Act) 1990 to vary condition 1 (approved plans) to listed building consent app ref. 20/01442/LBC (Creation of a memorial garden and repair and conservation of the NPT ruins) including changes to design, access, boundary treatments and landscaping and compliance with conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the previous approval.

Erection of new boundary fencing (max 2.4m high) and installation of 5 Wall mounted CCTV cameras to exterior of building (Application for Listed Building Consent)
