Construction of five ponds as habitat for Great Crested Newts under Natural England's District Level Licensing programme.

Demolition of part of existing boundary wall and part palisade fencing fronting Great Union Street. Construction of a new brick boundary wall using bricks to match the wall fronting Clarence Street with minor infill sections of new galvanised steel palisade fencing to maintain visibility splays.

1. Erection of 2.56m high timber fence on boundary of 141 and 143 Grosvenor Road (to replace existing 2m high fence); 2. Construction of decking area within rear garden of no. 141.

1) Construction of a hip to gable loft conversion with flat roofed rear dormer. 2) Replacement of first floor hipped roof with flat fibreglass roof. 3) Construction of ground floor side extension to meet newly converted garage. 4) Construction of replacement front gates/railings/wall (1.6m (max) high). (Revised proposal, proposed detached garage removed)

Listed building consent for construction of balcony to rear (to replace previous balcony)

Construction of new entrance to the flats on the first and second floor and creation of one additional flat.
