Variation of approved plans of planning permission ref. 22/00412/FULL to form single commercial unit at ground floor for restaurant use, and elevational changes including addition of storage space for restaurant in roofspace with dormer windows. Variation of condition 15 which restricts opening hours of the commercial unit to allow opening to between 11am and 11pm Monday - Saturday, and 11am to 10pm Sundays. (Revised description)
