Conversion and alterations, pursuant to Prior Approval for change of use of agricultural buildings to commercial use as office and storage, with access and hardstanding works.

Part change of use from offices/store to three apartments for short term residential letting and part change of use and alterations to former agricultural grain store for informal leisure use (dining area) and part change of use and alterations to former agricultural barn for washing up facilities associated with the camping use at the site (mixed use sui generis). All elements of the proposals are retrospective.
