Amendment to condition 8 Application 19/02107/FUL. A change in wording is suggested as follows: In addition to condition 5, no development above slab level shall take place in connection with the development hereby approved until full details of soft landscaping works has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such details shall include a planting schedule with names of species and size on planting, planting plans and a programme of implementation and future maintenance. The Landscaping scheme shall then be implemented as approved and thereafter maintained.
