Non material amendment of 21/01166/FUL: Amendments to the northern elevation including adjustments to the location and elevations of the energy centre, sprinkler locations and location of canopy area; Amendments to the Logistics Office design; Minor changes to brise-soleil and window pane joints to the office frontage; Updates to the services area to include access from the rear to the electricity substation; and general minor updates to align with construction.

Non-material amendment of 18/01604/FUL - Retrospective changes to the south elevation of the subservient office part of the building, whereby a window and doors have been changed around. Additionally, the internal space within that office extension now proposed to be open plan rather than divided into individual offices as previously approved. There is a consequent change to the design of the staircase.

Amendment to 20/00826/FUL: The provision of a single employment building of the same dimensions as approved to include the following non-material changes: -Inclusion of an additional disabled car parking space along the northern boundary; -Addition of a further 10 secure cycle spaces adjacent to the western boundary; -Inclusion of a further 9 car parking spaces to the south-west of the service yard; -Deletion of 2 level access doors and replacement with 2 dock loading doors, along with re-positioning of openings across the southern elevation; -Removal of glazing and windows to the eastern elevation as these will no longer serve an office area; -Proposed slight colour change to some external cladding sections; -Replacement of translucent panels with contrasting colour cladding panels to the northern elevation.
