Discharge of Condition 3 (materials) for 19/02582/S73 The garage will be 6m x 6m, with a 35 degree pitch trussed rafter roof and 8 foot wide side hung timber doors. The external walls will be timber clad. The roof will be fitted with concrete tiles, identical to those fitted to the host dwelling. All the timber is slow-grown Scandinavian timber from sustainably-sources from Northern Sweden and the garage is similar in design to other garages in Pidley and the surrounding area.
