Street Record Footpath Between St Marys Church And Peppercorn Lane Eaton Socon

T2 is the Ash tree to crown reduce to give 2-3m clearance to the neighbouring property the Ash tree is not currently touching the property but does overhang the neighbouring property boundary line and it is prudent to prevent the tree from touching the property. I believe the home owners may of also raised the issue with the council. G1 is a hedge at the end of stratford place and has been allowed to grow out of control so reducing it down is prudent especially as it will allow pedestrins to see over the hedge in to stratford place for when they walk between the to. G2 is a section of Hedge and occasional sing trees that has out grown the space and got to tall the plan is to bring them down to the fence height approx. 6 ft again I believe the home owners have raised the issue with the council. All of the maps have a light black line showing the path where we intend to crown lift to 2.5m above ground level and cut back to the edge of the path to allow free flow of pedestrians along the path.

Street Record Footpath Between St Marys Church And Peppercorn Lane Eaton Socon

T1 is the ash tree to crown lift to 3.5m above ground level this is under a tpo and the reasons for the works are to ensure the public footpath is clear and flowing and does not have obstructions. T2 is the Ash tree to crown reduce to give 2-3m clearance to the neighbouring property the Ash tree is not currently touching the property but does overhang the neighbouring property boundary line and it is prudent to prevent the tree from touching the property. 4 Whittets Close Great Gransden Sandy SG19 3AL

T1- trim 2 metres off top due to height of approx 10 metres. T2, T3, T4- remove old damson trees that have been partially damaged by tree from neighbouring property. Also show much damage from ivy. T5- remove dead damson tree. T6- remove potentially dying tree (6 metres bare trunk from ivy damage with small canopy at the top). T7- remove ash tree as it is growing at an angle and partially supported by old metal fence. Tree surgeon believes it is compromised. Now at over 10 metres tall it may be a risk to falling on the house. T8, T9, T10, T11, T12- remove old damson trees as dead or dying from ivy. T13- trim approximately 1.5 metres round canopy in Autumn. T14- trim approximately 0.5 metre round canopy in Autumn.

22/01850/TREE | Works to Protected Tree

6 Conington Road Fenstanton Huntingdon PE28 9LB

T1 Cedar - Limb marked A1 on image - thin limb by 20% to lessen debris falling into neighbouring property. Section of Crown marked A2 on image - reduce lateral branches to fence line and thin by 20%, one low limb which overhangs neighbouring property to be removed, marked 'X' on image. Area of Crown which encroaches onto house, marked A3 - cut back the lower half of the Crown to give a two metre clearance of the house wall. Reasons - tree is very large for its location, overhanging into each neighbouring property either side. Works are to balance the tree whilst sympathetically cutting back from all properties, lessening leaf drop into garden and allowing more light to pass through.

23 Church Way Little Stukeley Huntingdon PE28 4BQ

Fell 5 Ash trees ont he verge along the rear garden. Tree 1 comprises 3 trunks from a common base. The trees overhang my garden and the public road, Pringle way at the rear of the house. Fell because of excessive branch shedding with branches falling onto the road and my garden and low amenity value. Falling branches are sometimes quite large and pose a risk to pedestrians and drivers as well as garden occupants. One branch was so large it broke through one of the fence panels. I would like to replant 2 silver birch trees with more appropriate spacing to allow more attractive canopy development.
