T1 Elm between rear fence and footpath: reduce 4 metres laterally over house, up to approx. 10 metres, to increase light in house and garden, and minimise leaf and debris drop onto house and conservatory roof.

Non-material amendment to 20/00810/FUL: Door to replace window on south elevation of Unit 2 to allow access to rear garden, amend window arrangement on Unit 4 to prevent overlooking and remove unnecessary roof lights, amend the location of communal bin store with the creation of a path and 2 visitors car parking spaces, amended location of Air Source Heat Pumps, additional Garden area provided for Units 2 and 3 enclosed by picket fencing with the two units separated by timber hit and miss fencing, the wall to the north of House 1 has been reinstated in brick as opposed a timber fence reusing the existing materials.

All other shrubs, sections of hedge and ivy on boundaries - cut back as firmly as possible to control ingress into garden space; pruning back from chain link fence etc
