1. Willow - reduce dead stems to 1.8m and remove low minor dead wood. Also prune to clear wall by 1m. 2. Remove dead tops from Laurel. 3. Leyland Cypress column - fell and grind stump. 4. Leyland cypress hedge on right hand boundary rear of garage - trim by approx. 300mm

Proposed conversion of existing garage including raising height of existing flat roof. Alterations / extension of existing driveway. Erection of 3 rail steel fence to front boundary with hedging.

Yew (T1) - managing the spread of the tree as follows: Reduce neighbours' side by 2 metres (back to the fenceline); reduce all other sides by a metre. Reason - Excessive shading over property. Holm Oak (T2) - remove dead limb; remove lowest limb pointing out toward the road to reduce shade; take some weight off the lengthy limb directly above it pointing over the driveway by pruning back three metres; cut back very minor limbs currently touching phone line. Reason - hazard to occupants of property and excessive shading. Two sycamores on the east boundary (T3 and T4) - reduce limbs over garage by two metres; reduce all limbs on neighbours' side back to fenceline (approx 3m). Reason - Unwanted leaf drop.

Extension to garage and erection of fence to rear boundary.

Convert part of the attic space over the garage to take storage and to locate a desk for home working. We intend to place a rooflight in a side-facing slope which does not overlook any neighbouring gardens, a small window in the front-facing gable, and a window to the side of the garage at GF facing a tall boundary wall.
