Unknown (T1) - fell trees because dead with collapsed large branches leaning onto single story garage roof and likely to fall if high winds. Currently present significant risk, particularly with young children on property. Only behind held up by Ivy leaves and roots. Yew (T2) - take around 1.5 metres off the western side and front side due to large branches impeding onto single story garage, and overhanging entrance way to property.

Garage conversion, including raising the eave and pitch of the garage roof to allow for a studio/study at the first floor. New external staircase to the first floor of the garage. Erection of porch on the main house.
