Holme Oak - To remove 5 branches back to trunk as shown on accompanying photograph. The branches are approx 15ft - 20ft in length each. The tree is just outside the boundary at the rear of the property in an unkempt field. The branches are overhanging into the garden and are getting closer to the house.

Elm in back garden: Lowest branch growing towards house: reduce laterally away from house and neighbouring garden by 4m. Lower canopy over lawn: Reduce sections over neighbouring garden by 3m (close to boundary) thin ends of remaining branches by 20%, up to approx 6m from ground level. 2x previously cut branches in lower crown over lawn: remove back to main stem.

1. Purple Norway Maple - fell, grind stump and clear arisings and excess grindings. 2. Amelanchier - fell and grind stump and clear arisings. 3. 5no Lime trees - 1st tree - repollard (on plan marked with *), other 4 - reduce tops and towards house and over boundary to create / maintain a two dimensional screen. 4. Fig - reduce to top of trellis. 5. Reduce Holly hedge along drive to approximately 10ft.

Non Material Amendment of 21/02019/REM to (i) change in roof type on Asher and Cooper house types, (ii) changes to footprint and floorplan of Worsley maisonette block for M4(3) compliance to ground floor units and consequential changes to site layout, (iii) removal of section of footpath, (iv) amended boundary location for Spruce Plots 13, 18, 90 and 86, (v) change in handing to Aspen Plot 100, (vi) addition of a red roof tile to selected plots, (vii) revised position of trees, and (viii) amended wording to Condition 12 (first-floor windows).

Hole Oak (Tree 1) on South Boundary - fell, large heavy tree, large limbs, leaning. If the tree or any part falls it will cause massive damage to property and potential injury. The tree also blocks light to both the garden and house, it drops leaves throughout the summer. It has grown too large for it's location.

T1- Elm - remove lowest main branch over garden back to fork at 4m, remove low branch growing towards house back to main stem at 6m,smaller branches growing towards house at 5-6m: prune by 1.5m to boundary

Non Material Amendment of 18/02155/REM: Alteration of 3 Derwent to Denby house types, alteration of 15 Maidstone to Ellerton house types, amendment of the elevations of plot 239 Alverton house type, amendments to elevations of Malverns, amendments to Alnmouth plot references, amendments to elevations of T50, amendments to landscaping covering changes to tree species and positions, and positioning of some landscape elements, tree remediation plan, amendments to boundary treatments, and external materials plan.

T2 is the Ash tree to crown reduce to give 2-3m clearance to the neighbouring property the Ash tree is not currently touching the property but does overhang the neighbouring property boundary line and it is prudent to prevent the tree from touching the property. I believe the home owners may of also raised the issue with the council. G1 is a hedge at the end of stratford place and has been allowed to grow out of control so reducing it down is prudent especially as it will allow pedestrins to see over the hedge in to stratford place for when they walk between the to. G2 is a section of Hedge and occasional sing trees that has out grown the space and got to tall the plan is to bring them down to the fence height approx. 6 ft again I believe the home owners have raised the issue with the council. All of the maps have a light black line showing the path where we intend to crown lift to 2.5m above ground level and cut back to the edge of the path to allow free flow of pedestrians along the path.
