Provide a single storey rear extension to replace a conservatory, a conversion of half an attached garage for residential accommodation and changes to rear facing doors and windows on a two storey detached house

1. Replace the existing entrance door which opens directly on to the Main Street public footpath with window. 2. Replace all existing windows to the main street frontage with new, all in the spirit of those built into a late Victorian village house. 3. Demolish the existing rear UPVC conservatory.
