Amendment to 20/00826/FUL: The provision of a single employment building of the same dimensions as approved to include the following non-material changes: -Inclusion of an additional disabled car parking space along the northern boundary; -Addition of a further 10 secure cycle spaces adjacent to the western boundary; -Inclusion of a further 9 car parking spaces to the south-west of the service yard; -Deletion of 2 level access doors and replacement with 2 dock loading doors, along with re-positioning of openings across the southern elevation; -Removal of glazing and windows to the eastern elevation as these will no longer serve an office area; -Proposed slight colour change to some external cladding sections; -Replacement of translucent panels with contrasting colour cladding panels to the northern elevation.
