Non-material amendment of 18/01604/FUL - Retrospective changes to the south elevation of the subservient office part of the building, whereby a window and doors have been changed around. Additionally, the internal space within that office extension now proposed to be open plan rather than divided into individual offices as previously approved. There is a consequent change to the design of the staircase.

Part change of use from offices/store to three apartments for short term residential letting and part change of use and alterations to former agricultural grain store for informal leisure use (dining area) and part change of use and alterations to former agricultural barn for washing up facilities associated with the camping use at the site (mixed use sui generis). All elements of the proposals are retrospective.
