Non-material amendment to 18/01374/FUL. Increasing the eaves height to the level at the top of windows to solve construction issue with the window head being above eaves level. To keep the ridge height level with the adjoining property the roof pitch has been lowered. Also, the internal arrangements of the property has been modified which has resulted in the omission of the back door and a window added in its place.
