Discharge of Conditions 3 (window and door joinery details), 4 (roof materials) and 5 (boundary treatment) of 21/02466/LBC

Non Material Amendment of 21/02019/REM to (i) change in roof type on Asher and Cooper house types, (ii) changes to footprint and floorplan of Worsley maisonette block for M4(3) compliance to ground floor units and consequential changes to site layout, (iii) removal of section of footpath, (iv) amended boundary location for Spruce Plots 13, 18, 90 and 86, (v) change in handing to Aspen Plot 100, (vi) addition of a red roof tile to selected plots, (vii) revised position of trees, and (viii) amended wording to Condition 12 (first-floor windows).

Internal and external restoration works, including construction of 1.5 storey rear extension to create annexe, repairs to windows and installation of secondary glazing units, repairs to front door, restoration of internal fireplaces, installation of underfloor heating and radiators, reopen loft window opening, new window opening on south elevation, replace existing lean-to doors, windows and roof and rebuilding of west boundary wall.
