To change the angle of the roof of the main part of the house to allow for a loft conversion including the installation of dormer window and velux window to front elevation, installation of box dormer and 2 velux windows to rear elevation, and installation of 2 velux windows to south west side elevation. Conversion of the existing garage to form residential accommodation and erection of a new single detached garage.
