The proposal includes a rear extension to the 1st floor, a pitched roof window dormer to the rear, and revisions to the ground floor to create an external refuse store and cycle storage. The Class E/ retail space at ground floor is retained.

New raised roof to an existing residential flat (C3 use) with the adaption allowing the flat to change from a 1 Bed to a 2 Bed flat.

Proposed change of use from shop to 2no. self-contained one bedroom flats including alterations to roof and fenestration.

Subdivision of ground floor retail unit into 4 no. retail units (Class E), 2 ancillary retail storage units (Class E), change of use and extension of first floor to provide 1200sqm of Office floorspace (Class E) and demolition of existing roof and replacement with an additional storey to provide 10 no. residential flats
