T1 -Beech at front of drive (highlighted orange on the attached map): crown lift to 4m over neighbouring drive reduce 2-3m laterally over drive. T2 and T3 - Weeping Willows on riverbank: Reduce to previous pollard points at 10m. T4 -Willow at far end of garden reduce back sufficiently. T5 -Ash at far left of garden by riverbank (the limb highlighted yellow on the attached map): remove lowest branch from main stem remove minor stem to junction with main stem at 50cm remove dead branch at 5m. T6 -Single-stemmed Sycamore close to corner of decking at rear of garden: sectional fell close to ground level and remove from site. T7 - Norway Maple by summerhouse: remove low broken branch. T9 - Lift the crowns of the ash and Sycamore trees to two metres above the roofline of the bungalow.

Magnolia grandiflora - T1 - Crown reduction by 1.5m to protect rear neighbours bungalow as over hanging boundary.

5 Day Notice - Fell Tree due to large limb (25% of canopy) has failed and smashed through a boundary fence and slid down the neighbours bungalow wall.

Felling of the sycamore, Large sycamore (approx height 18m, trunk diameter 0.58 m, measured 1.5 m above ground. This tree is located 8 metres from our bungalow. It has previously caused blockage of pipework from gutter downpipe to soakaway. Now has blocked main drain pipe from toilets and is infiltrating voids in the concrete foundations adjacent to the broken drains. Our insurers have arranged repair of the drains, The advice from our local builder and tree experts is that roots from this tree poses a continuing and serious danger to the fabric of the bungalow. We have not at this stage commissioned a formal structural survey and would be grateful for advice on what is required.

T1 Elm: Remove lowest limb growing towards bungalow and raise crown to circa 3.5 metres. Reduce laterals back from lamp column to give 1 metres clearance. Works are to allow light into property and prevent tree interfering with lamp column.

1 x Large Horse Chestnut located in lawn by property to have selective crown reduction on a large lateral limb with the aim to preserve the remaining limb and keep a balanced crown. 2 x Field Maples along the boundary of the bungalow to be removed to ground level. 2 X Field Maples along the boundary of the bungalow to be crown reduced by approx 20% leaving a balanced crown. 2 x medium Field Maples located at the top of the garden to be crown reduced by approx 30% to previous reduction points. 1 x Sycamore located top left hand corner to be removed due to the poor location of the tree and becoming over come by neighbouring trees. This Sycamore is also leaning onto a neighbouring property. All trees on the left hand boundary of the property to be reduced by approx 20-30% to retain a balanced crown this will prune trees off neighbouring property. 1 x large Sycamore located on the left hand boundary to be removed to ground level due to a large wound at approx 1 m high on the trunk, this is a cause for concern as it is likely to compromise the stability of the tree. 1 x Field Maple located by the garage on the property to be reduced by approx 20% to suitable growth points to maintain the tree.

Removal of the existing roof of bungalow. First floor extension to whole property. Ground floor single storey extension to north-east corner of house. Conversion of existing storage barn and renovation into a guest suite. Alteration to an existing summer house with re-cladding and re-roofing. New timber frame car port structure. Associated soft and hard landscaping works and drainage to the site. Removal of existing trees & replanting of replacement trees. Change of name from 'Arkady' to 'Thicket Hollow'.

Monterey Cypress T1 - crown lift to 7m, to provide more light and space over bungalow. Monterey Cypress T2 - remove.

Fell - Box Elder which is very close to our bungalow. It was pruned in June 2018, but has already grown back to overhang the roof, and as such, regrettably, we feel it is best if it is removed before it damages the bungalow.
