T5 Ash - Over-extended branches throughout canopy at increased risk of failure. Continued growth is suppressing balanced development of 2 x Sycamores adjacent. Reduce height by 3-4m. Reduce spread of longest branches on all sides by up to 2.5m to shape round T8 - Willow - Recommended to reduce risk of structural failures at established pollard heads and over-extended limbs. Reduce limb above river by 4-5m down to previous pollard points. Reduce height and spread of remaining stems by 4-5m to shape round. T9 - Willow - Recommended to reduce risk of structural failure of over-extended branches all round. Reduce height by approximately 5m. Reduce spread on all sides by 3-4m to shape round.

Fell 5 Ash trees ont he verge along the rear garden. Tree 1 comprises 3 trunks from a common base. The trees overhang my garden and the public road, Pringle way at the rear of the house. Fell because of excessive branch shedding with branches falling onto the road and my garden and low amenity value. Falling branches are sometimes quite large and pose a risk to pedestrians and drivers as well as garden occupants. One branch was so large it broke through one of the fence panels. I would like to replant 2 silver birch trees with more appropriate spacing to allow more attractive canopy development.
