T1 - Tamarisk. Removal due to severe decay and stability. Removal of tree due to safety concerns and risk of further damage to existing brick wall. T2 -Holly. Removal - diametre 90mm @ 1.5m. Side access to property and route for removal of redundant oil tanks x 2. It is obstructing the reinstatement of garden path and gate. The trunk is 0.5m from garage.

T1 Elm- remove epicormic growth from lower trunk. T2 Oak- reduce side over garden by 2m. T3 Sycamore at side of driveway- remove lowest 2x branches over driveway, remove lowest small branch over garage, reduce remaining tree by 2 - 2.5m. T4 Beech overhanging front garden- crown lift to 3m prune to clear house by 1.5 - 2m.

A- 5no Poplars in garden to left (the furthest tree having very little overhang) Prune to drastically reduce overhanging limbs to leave short pollard spurs for regeneration. Primarily upright growth to be retained. B- Ash - remove long primary branch over young Sorbus back to stem. 1. Oak on right hand side of drive to rear of Leyland cypress hedge - crown inspection, remove major dead wood, crown lift 2no low branches over drive to 4.5m approximately. 2. Twin stemmed Sycamore opposite Coach House Annex - remove major dead wood, climbing inspection, remove feathery branches but retain 2ft stub 3. Sycamore to right hand side of Annex (pollarded at 4m) - fell and grind stump 4. Oak - climbing inspection, remove dead wood, crown lift 3 limbs over garden to 4m approximately 6. Poplar on right hand side of Woodland - remove dead branch with hanger. 7. Catalpa - coppice at 1-1.5m 8- Zelkova - prune to clear BT cable, crown lift to 6.5m and crown reduce to reduce overhang and clear new garage 9. Ash infected with Inonotus hispidus - Fell to a 2-2.5m stump 10. Dead Elm - Fell and Grind stump 11. Dying Elm - Fell and Grind stump 12. Poplar - remove hung up large, low limb 13. 2no Poplars - fallen and lodged, drop to ground level

T1 Ash at driveway entrance: Reduce laterally to edge of driveway and reduce height by 2m to improve access and maintain at current size T2 Multi-stemmed Ash close to garage: Reduce laterally to edge of driveway to improve access and clear front of house and garage G1 Line of Ash and Elder overhanging rear boundary: Reduce laterally to fence line to clear rear of house and garage T3 Leylandii next to summerhouse in back garden: fell to ground level. Tree has outgrown it's location and may shed branches onto summerhouse and footpath at rear T4 & T5 Norway Maple: fell to ground level to allow space for additional garden planting

Unknown (T1) - fell trees because dead with collapsed large branches leaning onto single story garage roof and likely to fall if high winds. Currently present significant risk, particularly with young children on property. Only behind held up by Ivy leaves and roots. Yew (T2) - take around 1.5 metres off the western side and front side due to large branches impeding onto single story garage, and overhanging entrance way to property.

Yew (labelled yew): remove two stems as they are leaning over garage. Cypress (cypress): remove as obstructing drive way. Oak (oak): cut back long limb by 6 Meters as is casting a shadow on the Yew Tree

G1 2x Yew: reduce height by 1.8m. Trim sides over driveway T1 Yew: crown lift to clear garage roof by 1m. Reduce remaining tree by 2m T2 Pine: crown lift to 3m to clear neighbouring garage roof by 30cm

T1 Ash: Fell and grind out stump due to decay in lower stem T2 Ash: fell and grind out stump due to proximity to neighbouring garage

T1 ash and T2 cherry - Fell. Trees are within 3m of the garage, which is well within the root area of effect for both species. T3 - Codominant ash - The tree has a tight v union at the base and due to shading from the woodland the crown is heavily asymmetrically loaded towards the house. T4 - Small suppressed cherry. Fell T5 - Small supressed prunus. Fell T6 - Lovely, high amenity value oak tree. In order for the tree to be retained in good health and form in the long term a pruning regime will be started to maintain the tree at an appropriate size for location whilst minimising the wound diameter. Reduce height by 3m and laterals by 1.5-2m. T7 - Birch in corner of garden behind outbuilding. Fell. The location of this tree is not suitable to allow the birch to reach full mature height and spread. See app form for reasoning's.

Conifer (T1) - fell to ground due to causing damage to the rear corner of the garage. Reduce remaining row of conifers by 50% Apple Tree (T2) - fell due to poor location and due to being supressed by row of leylandii behind it.
