T1 Elm between rear fence and footpath: reduce 4 metres laterally over house, up to approx. 10 metres, to increase light in house and garden, and minimise leaf and debris drop onto house and conservatory roof.

T1 Ash: Remove 9 no over extended lateral limbs overhanging conservatory. This is a mature Ash tree, evidence of Inonotus hispidus on three of the branches over conservatory. The branches have extended heavily over the property causing excessive shading and branch drop onto roof. Removal of these limbs will make significant difference to light into the property, the works will not impact on the amenity value of this tree.
