Currently present significant risk, particularly with young children on property. Only behind held up by Ivy leaves and roots. Yew (T2) - take around 1.5 metres off the western side and front side due to large branches impeding onto single story garage, and overhanging entrance way to property.

T1 - Ash - laterally reduce by 2.5m clearing limbs overhanging neighbours roof T2 - Ash - laterally reduce by 1m reducing limbs overhanging garage roof/deadwood canopy

G1 2x Yew: reduce height by 1.8m. Trim sides over driveway T1 Yew: crown lift to clear garage roof by 1m. Reduce remaining tree by 2m T2 Pine: crown lift to 3m to clear neighbouring garage roof by 30cm

T1 Sycamore: reduce by 2.5m. crown lift to 6m over garage to clear roof by 2m

T1 Atlas Cedar: Fell to ground T2 Birch: crown lift to 5m to clear garage roof

T1 Ash: fell to the same height as hedge. Self set tree within hedgerow out growing its location and causing excessive shading to property. T2 Sycamore: Sever Ivy at base, crown raise by 2 metres and thin remaining crown by 30%. Works to improve appearance and allow more light through crown. T3 Willow: Remove 1 x lowest right-hand limb towards garage. to prevent tree interfering with garage roof.

T1 Oak: reduce laterally over neighbouring garage roof by 2m

T1 Hornbeam: reduce 2m laterally over neighbouring garage to clear roof by 1.5 - 2m G1 Holly: reduce 2m laterally over neighbouring garden T2 Oak: crown lift to 5m over garden T3 Leylandii: fell to ground level

T1 Willow: reduce by approx. 5m to previous pollard points at 3.5m T2 Ash: crown lift to 5m to clear garage roof to rear by 2m T3 Cherry: crown lift to 5m to clear garage roof to rear by 2m

Cherry Plum: reduce crown by 2m to clear garage roof and streetlight (work over pavement and streetlight required by Cambs Highways)
