T1 Robinia - reduce height by one metre, leave the spread of the crown as screening from flats. T2 Fig - reduce height by three metres, finished height to be one metre above trellis. Reasons - to maintain tree size due to location.

5 yew trees (T1, T2, T3, T4, T5), remove, because they are deemed to be casting excessive shade on the flats, soiling parked cars with needles/sap, and causing minor cracking to the tarmac in the car park. We believe the proximity to the buildings makes the area unsuitable for replanting in this instance.

Mature oak (T12) seems to be in decline, carry out a 25% crown reduction and obviously remove significicant deadwood as a matter of course because of proximity of apartments the crown is now too extensive.
