Change of use from (A1) retail & (B1) office to 3x 2 bed flats and 1x 1 bed flat (C3). Reconfiguration of the windows to the east elevation façade and installation of security gate to east elevation. Installation of two windows to the ground floor west elevation.

Subdivision of ground floor retail unit into 4 no. retail units (Class E), 2 ancillary retail storage units (Class E), change of use and extension of first floor to provide 1200sqm of Office floorspace (Class E) and demolition of existing roof and replacement with an additional storey to provide 10 no. residential flats

Erection of a first floor extension over existing post office and shop, including external access stairs to rear of post office, to form a single apartment dwelling.
