Proposed single storey extension between house and garage

This proposal is to build a small 2.95mx1.35m extension on the rear elevation of the property to create an ensuite for the applicant. Access to the ensuite will be through a partial garage conversion. The ability to park a standard sized car in the garage has not changed. Drainage will be via a pumped system through the loft space and connect to the existing SVP located on the east elevation.
