Raise and replace existing flat roof height on side garage/utility extension by 350mm.

Installation of 32 solar panels. Eight panels to be sited on the south facing roof of a garage and 24 panels on the east facing single storey roof of part of the house. The panels would be integrated into the roofs, in place of tiles, using fittings designed for this purpose.

Building Work together with replacing the roof will be required to convert the existing (Single) Garage into a Proposed Utility Room and Work Room.

Single storey extension to rear of property max 8m wide (narrower than existing building) and max 4m deep, single pitch roof - compliant with permitted development rights. Convert existing integral garage into playroom replacing garage door with new window.

Convert attached single storey garage into a bedroom, to include: Removing existing roof and building a new flat roof structure.
