T1 is the ash tree to crown lift to 3.5m above ground level this is under a tpo and the reasons for the works are to ensure the public footpath is clear and flowing and does not have obstructions. T2 is the Ash tree to crown reduce to give 2-3m clearance to the neighbouring property the Ash tree is not currently touching the property but does overhang the neighbouring property boundary line and it is prudent to prevent the tree from touching the property. I believe the home owners may of also raised the issue with the council. G1 is a hedge at the end of stratford place and has been allowed to grow out of control so reducing it down is prudent especially as it will allow pedestrins to see over the hedge in to stratford place for when they walk between the to. G2 is a section of Hedge and occasional sing trees that has out grown the space and got to tall the plan is to bring them down to the fence height approx. 6 ft again I believe the home owners have raised the issue with the council. All of the maps have a light black line showing the path where we intend to crown lift to 2.5m above ground level and cut back to the edge of the path to allow free flow of pedestrians along the path.

T1 Robinia, Leylandii & Scots Pine (overhanging trees) - Cut back to boundary all trees overhanging house by removal of 500mm growth. Reasons - to prevent trees encroaching onto house.

T1 Wild Cherry- Repollard back to previous points T25-T27 Hornbeam x 3- To reduce upper lateral spread by approx 2m, crown lift to 2.5m above ground level. T18 Sycamore dead stem- To reduce stem by 3m G3 Willow- Cut and clear storm damaged trees (remove storm damaged branches from the trees) T19 Oak- Crown lift secondary lower branches to 3m above ground level Mixed Species along Tudor House- To crown lift to 3m above ground level along school side only Group by Entrance to school G4 Sycamore - To crown lift to 3m above ground level, reduce lateral spread back to boundary line. Cherry x 1 T28 - To fell to height of hedge.

T1 purple plum - crown reduce from 12m to 9m height, reduce total spread from 12m to 8m. Keep tree clear of house and in proportion for garden. Tree is on conservation area boundary and not visible from roadway so no impact on amenity.

T1 - Yew tree. Target pruning of two branches and reshaping of tree as necessary. T2 to T4 - Yew trees. Reduce laterally by approximately 1.5-2m to clear pool and poolside. Crown raise to a maximum of 3m above ground level. T5 - Conifer boundary line. Reduce to match height of adjacent cube hedges, in order to give clearance of telephone lines. 2 x Holly trees adjacent to T6 - remove to reduce shading to Yew and allow Yew to fill the space. T6 to T7 - Yew trees. Reduce laterally by 1m to prevent encroachment on the house and to clear/provide light for the avenue. T8 - Horse Chestnut. Fell to ground level. Tree has been extensively reduced in the past due to telecoms works.

T1 Lime tree - It has a bleed from the main stem just above the roots which is a concern. It has long outgrown it's location as it is very close to the house and boundary wall. There is a crack appearing in the wall, see photograph. We would like to remove it and replace it with a Birch tree somewhere more suitable in the garden. T2 Lime tree - remove completely and replace with a new tree. Again this tree is very close to the house and has a low amenity value. We would like to remove it and replace it with a Birch tree in a more suitable location in the garden.

3 x Maples - Fell due to subsudence of boundary wall. Holm Oak. Crown raise to 4.5m to allow more sycamore. Remove 1 lowest Limb. to let light into house.

Horse Chestnut crown reduction by 3m in height and 2 to 3 m on each side - tree causes excessive shading, is overhanging boundary to the public road, is blocking light to house and branches are too close house.

T1 & T2 - Two Yew trees - we would like to prune back to the boundary wall by two and a half metres. We are proposing the following works due to the trees encroaching on the care home .

A3 Ulmus (Elm), Sambucus nigra (Elder), Crataegus monogyna (Hawthorn), Ilex aquifolium (Holly), Acer pseudoplatanus (Sycamore), Fraxinus (Ash) Reduce dead Sycamore to a 2m stump (using MEWP). Remove all dead Elm and Ash on edge of ditch next to railings. T19 Acer pseudoplatanus (Sycamore) Dead T25 Acer pseudoplatanus (Sycamore) Dead Reduce both to 2m stump. T28 Pinus nigra - Remove dead wood over road. T2 Fraxinus excelcior (Ash) application required - Remove tertiary branch touching wall; retain main limb T13 Salix alba (White Willow) - Pollard removing waste via parking space. T61 Tilia (Lime) - Reduce crown to clear thatch. T62 Quercus (Oak) - Reduce crown to clear thatch by approximately 2-3m. T64-66 3x Tilia (Lime) - Re-pollard T71 Magnolia grandiflora - Remove stem with dogleg to the NW back to main stem. Reduce crown by shortening tertiary branches back to boundary line. T32/T59 Tilia (Lime) - 1 large and 1 near house over garden path - Remove all deadwood.
