- Removal of existing sun room. - Construction of new rear flat roof extension incorporating roof light. Walls to extension to be smooth rendered (colour off-white). - Replacement of existing uPVC white framed double glazed windows with black framed double glazed units. - Smooth rendering (colour off-white) of existing house. - Reduce the width of the window opening in the West elevation.
