1. Replace the existing felt roofing of the vestry with terne-coated stainless steel roofing. 2. Repair and reinstatement of the vestry 3. Stone and render cladding to remove the temporary plywood finish of the east annex side. 4. Replacement of the temporary timber fence with a metal one as before.
