T1 - Ash - Fell: dbh of 380mms and located at 3.5m from property wall with a large buttress root growing towards the house. Possible future damage to the property is probable. Evidence of Ash Dieback stage 2-3 noted in the canopy. Large domineering canopy that creates extensive shading to the property and overhangs the roof. T2 - Lawson cypress - Fell. (tree is only 70mm dbh so outside CA regulations) T3 - Lawson cypress - Fell: dbh of 110mm and 8m from property. Asymmetric canopy and poor form. Fell due to proximity to public footpath and the requirement to cut it back from overhanging the path. T4 - Juniper - Fell. T5 - Lawson cypress - Fell: slight lean towards the public footpath and road but not an immediate danger or risk. Fell to remove potential future risk .

Ash Tree - to remove 2 boughs, one bough is going over the house and making contact with the roof and chimney the other bough runs parallel to the house and is starting to grow towards the house. The applicant would like these removed to avoid damage to the house now and in the near future.

Leyland Cypress - Fell tree - Lack of light in side garden, risk of tree roots damaging the house and excessive moss growth of roof of property.

Oak 1 - laterally reduce by approx 3m, removing limbs overhanging house roofs and garage roof. Oak 2 - laterally reduce by approx 3m, removing limbs overhanging house roofs. Oak 3 -Reduce eastern lateral branches by 3m and reshape as nessecary.

1. Yew tree at rear of house - remove epicormic growth on house side up to appx 6.5m where the roof slopes away from the tree. This will give approximately 1.3m of clearance between tree and house. 2. Sycamore to left hand side of tennis court - remove side branches to a height of 7m to reduce the overhang over court. 3. Ash tree adjacent to Sycamore - remove side branches to a height of 7m to reduce the overhang over court. 4. All other shrubs, sections of hedge and ivy on boundaries - cut back as firmly as possible to control ingress into garden space; pruning back from chain link fence etc

T1 Box Maple: sectional fell close to ground level. Tree has outgrown it's location in a small courtyard at the rear of the house and is infringing on the house roof.

Ash tree T1 (self set) remove Ash tree T2 - careful crown reduction by approx. 2.5m back to appropriate pruning points. Crown lift approx. 2m above the roof ridge of the outbuilding located in the Old School House grounds next door.

Fir tree. 1 x fir tree situated in rear garden at the side of the house (right as you look at the front of the building) 3m from building line and now over the height of the roof line and chimney stack. Fully remove the tree to prevent root damage to the main house foundations and waste sewage pipes running along that part of the garden.
