Partially retrospective application for a single storey rear extension and part garage conversion and patio. Alterations to previously approved application 20/01387/HHFUL to include an increase in scale and finish to the rear extension, increase height of flat roof to the front, addition of ground floor door and windows to western elevation and change in finish to front elevation of existing dwelling.

Extension and alterations to dwelling. External works include terrace decking leading to swimming pool, and single storey garage. Replacement windows throughout. Existing outbuilding to be repaired, with additional window fitted.

Demolition of detached garage to rear, demolition of lobby space to side of dwelling, and demolition of front porch. Internal alterations to ground floor of dwelling, with single storey extension to front, and larger single storey extension to rear and side of dwelling.
