Non-material amendment to 19/00403/HHFUL (Single storey rear extension following demolition of the existing conservatory) to reduce the depth and width of the extension, change the approved pitched roof to a flat roof with roof lantern, re-arrange the approved fenestration to the extension and insert two velux windows in the existing roof over kitchen.
