T1 - Holm Oak Site meeting taken place in October 2023 with Brian Ogden. Agreed to raise crown to approx 3 meters in height, and prune away from all outbuildings by approx 1.5 meters. Reshape as feasible.

T1 Walnut tree - Remove to ground level due to its close proximity to the house causing problems with the recently fitted solar panels. The tree also causes the house to be dark and damp due as its close proximity and the shade it causes. The properties owners would like to plant another tree in a more suitable position- further away from the house and at the back to stop these same problems arising in the future

T1 - Yew tree to be lifted to 5.2m and cut back to the boundary line.

1. Reduce Willow tree down to 5ft inside fence line (T1). 2. Cut Leylandii tree down to just above ground level (T2). 3. Reduce Holly tree down to 6ft (T3). 4. Reduce Apple tree down to approx 9ft. Top only, leaving the sides (T4)

T1 Holly, tree is large for its location, it adds no amenity value. Permission is sought to dismantle, process and remove.

Fell one silver birch (T1), remove overhanging branch from second silver birch (T2) and fell purple plum (T3).
