Part demolition of boundary wall facing Lodge Road to provide a wider, safer access. 2 new iron gates will be installed- 6m remote controlled sliding gate and adjacent pedestrian gate.

Rebuild the existing brick and chalk front wall which is defective and needs rebuilding. Coping stones to be reused. Replace the fence around the rear garden with a chalk and brick wall. To be installed within the boundary of the property to a height of 1.8 metres.

(2/TPO/00197) TPO plan with yellow highlighted sycamore tree this is in TPO G1 area, within 7 Jannoch's Court overhanging Manor Road.
