Dismantle and remove two Leyland cypress trees to prevent future damage to the boundary wall at The Old Coach House 40A Lynn Road Snettisham KINGS LYNN Norfolk

T1 Ash - Fell and grind out stump and replace. T2 English Oak - Remove lowest descending secondary branch. Prune easternmost limb (6m above ground level) encroaching on neighbouring building by reducing to vertical growths inside boundary giving 3m clearance from building. Clean out all remaining dead wood. T3 Purple Beech -Reduce overhanging branches beside south-east corner of main house to give 2m clearance of elevations, reshaping to suitable growth points. Reduce and reshape branches overhanging single storey projection to east back to line of south elevation. Clean out remaining dead wood and reduce/reshape upper crown by approx. 2m to remove weak and declining growths.

As part of the boundary between our house, Mallard Cottage, and Hill House a Leylandii hedge was planted many years ago. This has now grown to between 25ft - 30ft high as the former owners of our property did not attend to it. We wish to reduce the height of the Leylandii to approx. 15ft to allow its continued maintenance to be achieved. The trees themselves do not have a TPO on them, but we are part of a conservation area.

2/TPO/00428: T1 Beech - Reduce crown sympathetically to give at least 2m clearance to chimney pot/gable end of house and balance crown. T2 Norway Maple - Reduce and reshape to remove major dead wood and shape remaining branch growth, to retain tree as a wildlife habitat. G2 Oak - Remove from dominant group of Holly, as the Oak is adversely impacting on the cohesive nature of the group of Holly, adjacent to and overhanging Priory Lane, replant with suitable fastigiate, ornamental specimen tree, further south along boundary. G2 Holly - Raise crowns over both footpath 2.5m and highway 5.2m, where necessary, to give clearance. G2 Silver Birch - Remove, as in decline, no replacement recommended due to presence of adjacent Holly to be retained. G2 Oak - Remove dead wood from throughout crown for health & safety reasons, over turning head/parking area and monitor

2/TPO/00025: T1 Horse Chestnut- To remove 2 x lower lateral limbs over road back to main stem, crown lift over road to 6m above ground level. To reduce end weight of large lowest lateral limbs over road and crown lift to 5m above ground level over Rabbit Lane and Old Stable Mews. T2 Beech- To crown lift to 5m above ground level over Rabbit Lane. To reduce end weight of large lateral limb growing towards Bexwell House to clear boundary wall. T3 Oak (Small) - To crown lift to 5m above ground level over Rabbit Lane only

1. Reduce height of mixed hedging to 2.5m and thin the planting on the western boundary adjacent to the caravan park to reduce shading effect on the Caravans. 2. Deadwood and crown clean the trees in the park adjacent to the house and those in the woodland to the front of the property. 3. Crown reduce by 1.5m and crown clean 5 field maples at the side of the property and crown reduce by 1.5m one fruit tree in the walled garden, within a Conservation Area.

(2/TPO/00393) Trees overhanging into boundary of Diamond House. Eucalyptus trees to be reduced in height to below gutter levels.

T1- Holme Oak- Prune back branches overhanging wall to Market house by 1-1.5 meters or to boundary, within a Conservation Area.

2/TPO/00348: Mature Oak Tree (T1) - Previously reduced to large points following an historic limb failure. Rotting back on the site of failure with potential for internal decay. One large low limb growing along the boundary line and then up and over the near by house requires removing along with a second limb overhanging the garden and patio area.

T1, T2, T3 Sycamores -Three large sycamores on boundary line to be pollarded due to the majority of the tree's canopies hanging over the neighbouring garden and house. Lower epicormic growth will be left to help provide screening between the properties. T4 Willow - Willow tree showing signs of dieback on the upper canopy and due to its proximity to the lawn and house, it needs removing within a conservation area
