T1 Walnut tree - Remove to ground level due to its close proximity to the house causing problems with the recently fitted solar panels. The tree also causes the house to be dark and damp due as its close proximity and the shade it causes. The properties owners would like to plant another tree in a more suitable position- further away from the house and at the back to stop these same problems arising in the future

Reduce and reshape branches overhanging single storey projection to east back to line of south elevation. Clean out remaining dead wood and reduce/reshape upper crown by approx. 2m to remove weak and declining growths.
