T1 - Yew tree in the front garden of the Red House - Clip back the branches to encourage dense and healthy growth of the Yew and so that it no longer obscures the footpath. Reduce maximum 1.5m on roadside and maximum of 1.8m on the house side to balance the tree.

2/TPO/00022: T1 Mature Cedar- Remove deadwood. Crown reduce 0.5m west side away from building from 6 to 5.5 m @ 6m height and 0.5m at 3m near extension of house on north side of tree. Only fronds. (picture in report 2-4). Remove storm damaged hangers (picture in report 1-4)

2/TPO/00121: T1. Mature Oak in rear garden, permission is sought to reduce this tree by 30%, removing 2 - 2.5 of growth all over, cutting all branches to established growth points. This magnificent tree is large for its location, it has been done previously - approximately 5 years ago and would benefit from the next installment of cyclical maintenance. The owners are aware of its proximity to their house and are keen to manage / mitigate its risk.

Remove a dead lime tree at entrance to St Lawrence Church. Trim back branchess on trees adjacent to garage at Castle Farm House. Remove tree at Dental Surgery and pollard Horse Chestnut tree at Home Farm within Conservation Area.

As part of the boundary between our house, Mallard Cottage, and Hill House a Leylandii hedge was planted many years ago. This has now grown to between 25ft - 30ft high as the former owners of our property did not attend to it. We wish to reduce the height of the Leylandii to approx. 15ft to allow its continued maintenance to be achieved. The trees themselves do not have a TPO on them, but we are part of a conservation area.

T1-Beech Tree - reduce height from 17m to 13m. Reduce left side overhanging wires from 8m to 4m. Reduce remaining side from 7m to 4 metres. Crown lift low branches to 5 metres. To reduce the weight in the upper crown due to the close proximity to the house and re- shape after having power line clearance work carried out. There is a cavity at approximately 2 metres from the ground.

All trees situated to right of Rudham House, on the drive way and alongside Broomsthorpe road. TREE A - Group of 4 large Beech trees. Tidy canopy and reduce by 25%, one is close to the road and unsafe. TREE B - 1 large oak. Reduce over extended lateral limb growing towards lawn area to suitable growth point. Also make safe main trunk with large break and woodpecker hole in. TREE C - Remove large overgrown conifer hedge line adjacent to Oak. TREE D - 1 large Ash. Reduce width and height by 25% to maintain safety of tree structure.

T1 Holly Tree (est 6M in height). To remove to ground level. Tree will be replaced with another species in a different area of the garden. T2 Large yew tree (est 9M in height). To reduce the two lowest limbs growing towards the house by 3M. Limbs are heavy laden and droop low. To also reduce the branches hanging over the shed by 2M.

Fell one Oriental Plane, fell two trees next to the green house, reduce one tree next to summer house/pergola by 2.5 metres.

G1 - yew. Fell - Entire group are poor specimens, except for yew nearest to the main house which is the only tree with substantial growth. This will be retained. Note: The group is only the central copse, and NOT the perimeter yews to right of driveway entrance.
