Proposed construction and operation of an eco-leisure and tourism facility comprising holiday lodges, clubhouse and spa, boat house and jetties, staff accommodation with other ancillary development including access road, car parking, electric vehicle charging points, outside recreational facilities, follies, renewable energy generation, site security measures, drainage, hard and soft landscaping and biodiversity enhancements together with highway improvements to East Winch Road, Church Lane and Ashwicken Road and temporary construction access route.
