Willow / salix. Circumstances approx 100cm Height approx - 40ft Tree is becoming to large / overgrown. The branches are now bending from the being to long and overweight l. Damage to fence line is highly likely. The hazard and risk has increased since we have been here, I am also concerned of any damage it could cause to myself and the family. I wish to fell the tree / reduce to a large stump or to prune the tree very far back to stunt growth. The only access to remove this is in a plot of waste land behind me, but the area will be blocked in by development soon.
