Dismantle and remove two Leyland cypress trees to prevent future damage to the boundary wall at The Old Coach House 40A Lynn Road Snettisham KINGS LYNN Norfolk

2/TPO/00629 - TPO Monterey cyprees trees located at rear of garden/field area at side of main 'Pay & Display' car park. The row of approximately 12 trees overhang car park and complaints have been received of tree shedding bits causing damage to parked cars. It is understood two of these trees responsible for this issue have TPO orders on them; however, we are asking for the group to be dealt with as a collective. The application is to reduce the width of the trees that overhang the car park side only to pruning points located on the boundary line, of which, is located 3.5 meters away from the base of the trees. We would be removing approximately anywhere up to 3 meters off of branches depending on how far they overhang the cars.

2/TPO/00001 (1991 No.4 KING'S LYNN) AND 2/TPO/00528: Works to be undertaken to trees on attached plan: T5 Sweet Chestnut x 3 - Dead Trees in proximity to bench - fell to ground. T6 Birch x1- Tree is dead adjacent to path in higher traffic area of site- Fell to ground and leave timber on site. T8 Ash x 1- Dead tree with lean towards path - fell to ground. G13 Ash x 2 - Dying Ash adjacent to and leaning towards boundary- fell to ground. Trees to be replaced through natural regeneration and silvicultural works within Reffley Wood

(2/TPO/00197) TPO plan with yellow highlighted sycamore tree this is in TPO G1 area, within 7 Jannoch's Court overhanging Manor Road. As per council instructions "Tree to be cut back to property boundary to expose the entire public highway fully as per the clearance diagram supplied". This needs minimal pruning to the highlighted tree of less than 1 meter height and 3 metres overhang of road and path. See photo attached.
