T1 - Yew tree to be lifted to 5.2m and cut back to the boundary line.

I wish to take down a large single conifer tree the branches of which are now touching my neighbours overhead main electricity cable. The roots are also lifting and cracking my boundary brick wall. The tree is also blocking my neighbour's light. I intend to leave about 3 meters of the trunk as a support for a climbing plant.

T1 Cherry Tree - Remove - growing on boundary between drive and neighbour's drive. It cuts out a lot of light to the left-hand side of property. It has multiple stems and hollow area of trunk making it unstable

T1 Ash - Fell and grind out stump and replace. T2 English Oak - Remove lowest descending secondary branch. Prune easternmost limb (6m above ground level) encroaching on neighbouring building by reducing to vertical growths inside boundary giving 3m clearance from building. Clean out all remaining dead wood. T3 Purple Beech -Reduce overhanging branches beside south-east corner of main house to give 2m clearance of elevations, reshaping to suitable growth points. Reduce and reshape branches overhanging single storey projection to east back to line of south elevation. Clean out remaining dead wood and reduce/reshape upper crown by approx. 2m to remove weak and declining growths.

T1 - Walnut Tree - remove 4 minor dead branches to live growth points - to reduce risk of falling debris over main driveway access. T2 - Variegated Acer Tree - whole crown reduction to 5.5m above ground level, reduce laterals to maintain shape, to provide clearance to property & access track on boundary.

Fell and stump grind 7No cypress trees to the boundary of our property

T1- Ash, to remove 3x branches growing over boundary fence near to the power lines. The owner has been approached and happy for the work to take place. Branches cut back to branch collar.

T1 Sycamore that is planted near to a boundary fence, the tree requires some general tidying and maintenance. Additional to this is a leylandii hedge row that also requires general tidying and maintenance

Fell 2 x Ash trees due to damage to the boundary wall shown on the submitted site plan

As part of the boundary between our house, Mallard Cottage, and Hill House a Leylandii hedge was planted many years ago. This has now grown to between 25ft - 30ft high as the former owners of our property did not attend to it. We wish to reduce the height of the Leylandii to approx. 15ft to allow its continued maintenance to be achieved. The trees themselves do not have a TPO on them, but we are part of a conservation area.
