1st tree: Proposed crown reduction from approx. 4 meters to 3.5 meters. The proposed trimming will result in a more symmetric crown. 2nd tree: Proposed crown reduction from approx. 4.5 meters to 4 meters. Some of the branches are touching the neighbour's house. 3rd tree: Proposed crown reduction from approx. 4.5 meters to 4 meters. T1 Walnut tree - Remove to ground level due to its close proximity to the house causing problems with the recently fitted solar panels. The tree also causes the house to be dark and damp due as its close proximity and the shade it causes. The properties owners would like to plant another tree in a more suitable position- further away from the house and at the back to stop these same problems arising in the future

T1 Bird Cherry, T2 Bird Cherry, T4 Chestnut - remove T3 Walnut - prune side branches growing towards house by 3 metres (currently 6 metres) Tree management in overcrowded copse

Reduce branch growing towards the house by 2.5m. Reduce the rest of the crown by 1.5m. Remove deadwood. Inspection of cavities. Holly cut back to fence line.

1.Remove Leylandii hedge (T1). Replace with beech hedge, or other non-conifer as advised by arborist, limited to approximately 2 m high. Previously approved application 19/00048/HEDGE. 2. Remove ornamental prunus (T2) at front of house and replace with more suitable specimen tree. 3. Remove silver birch (T3) replace with smaller ornamental tree. 4. Remove sycamore (T4) and replace with suitable specimen tree. 5.Remove ornamental prunus (T5) which is too close to the laburnum tree (T6) and do not replace.

T1 Ash - Fell and grind out stump and replace. T2 English Oak - Remove lowest descending secondary branch. Prune easternmost limb (6m above ground level) encroaching on neighbouring building by reducing to vertical growths inside boundary giving 3m clearance from building. Clean out all remaining dead wood. T3 Purple Beech -Reduce overhanging branches beside south-east corner of main house to give 2m clearance of elevations, reshaping to suitable growth points. Reduce and reshape branches overhanging single storey projection to east back to line of south elevation. Clean out remaining dead wood and reduce/reshape upper crown by approx. 2m to remove weak and declining growths.

T1 - Eucalyptus to rear of house, remove 2 x limbs growing toward house, perform 30% crown reduction work on the rest of canopy to rebalance crown canopy aesthetic. T2 - Willow to front of house - repollard.

H1 - Leylandii cypress hedge (approx. 8 meters long) to be reduced by up to 2 meters from the height and hedge cut all over to allow more light into the small garden and into the house, to improve atheistic and to allow more clearance from the house.

T1 - Yew tree in the front garden of the Red House - Clip back the branches to encourage dense and healthy growth of the Yew and so that it no longer obscures the footpath. Reduce maximum 1.5m on roadside and maximum of 1.8m on the house side to balance the tree.

Remove a dead lime tree at entrance to St Lawrence Church. Trim back branchess on trees adjacent to garage at Castle Farm House. Remove tree at Dental Surgery and pollard Horse Chestnut tree at Home Farm within Conservation Area.
