2/TPO/00115 - The Tree is designated T4 (chestnut) in the TPO documentation. The tree requires a partial crown reduction as it is now encroaching onto the roof of the adjoining property

2/TPO/00195: T1) Quercus robur: Mature, previously reduced Oak tree, further reduction to reduce overhang over glass roof and patio area. A maximum of 2 metres will be removed from this side alone and not all over the tree. Any deadwood found in the canopy will be removed and aerial inspection of the tree will conducted whilst work is carried out. T2) Acer pseudoplatanus: Semi-mature, ivy covered Sycamore - requires lower branches removing to raise the canopy and allow more light into the garden. This will only be the lower two tiers of branches bringing the bottom of the remaining canopy to about 8-10 metres off the ground. Largest branch is no more than 6-8 inches in diameter at the stem. All deadwood will be removed and the tree inspected whilst work is carried out.

2/TPO/00221: T2 Oak tree - The growth over the last 5 to 6 years is now very near the roof, to both the property the tree is on and the neighbouring property 23 Langridge Circle. tree branches closest to both dwellings reduced in length 25% as well and any overhanging the driveway, any dead or decaying branches removed and to continue to shape the tree's crown.

2/TPO/00065 T1: Wellingtonia Large Wellingtonia requires crown lifting away from access to property and interference with roof of property. Also requires dead wooding. Crown lift will be minimal by at the very most removing secondary branches from lowest limbs

2/TPO/00460 T1 - Pine, to prune away from roof of house, providing 2-3 meters clearance. Raise crown by approx 4-5 meters. Rebalance crown by reducing north facing limb.

2/TPO/00041: T1 Oak - Reduce by 3m from bungalow to reduce acorns and small debris hitting the roof of the dwelling

2/TPO/00471: T1 Walnut Tree - Cut to clear neighbours roof and chimney
