Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for an existing heating and hot water systems for Flats 1 - 24 and the managers office. The heat is supplied via 13 boreholes with a required trenching of 180 meters, the trench being 1 meter square, resulting in a total excavation area of 180 square meters. The heat is then transferred to each flat internally, where a heat pump is fitted at each dwelling to supply the heat and hot water.
