As part of the boundary between our house, Mallard Cottage, and Hill House a Leylandii hedge was planted many years ago. This has now grown to between 25ft - 30ft high as the former owners of our property did not attend to it. We wish to reduce the height of the Leylandii to approx. 15ft to allow its continued maintenance to be achieved. The trees themselves do not have a TPO on them, but we are part of a conservation area.

T1 alder. Work from ground level to cut down all the tree branches overhanging the site and overhanging the site inspection chambers. cutting the branches back to the trees main trunk or back beyond the boundary fence line, working up to a height of 5m.

Remove all 8 small self sown trees on boundary. Mixed species mainly sycamore. Stumps to be removed

Replacement of dilapidated section of boundary wall new brick wall to match adjacent walls

Alterations to existing vehicular entrance, previsions of 2No. new office/welfare cabins, relocation of an existing storage container, extension of existing vehicular storage yard, recladding of an existing steel frame storage shed, installation of a new 2 bay lorry wash facility, revised/alterations to boundary treatments and all associated site development works including drainage & lighting

Retrospective application to retain the location of a shepherds hut located within the boundary of 69/73 Burnham Road, North Creake
