Amendment sought: To reduce the roof pitch of the new extension - eaves height near boundary to increase by approximately 50mm. - Side window height to be reduced to accommodate new roof pitch, and sill height of rooflights increased. Installation of a front brick low wall with metal fence and gate.

Demolition of the existing conservatory and raised terrace structure, and construction of a new 3 storey, 3 bedroom house, together with provision of an on site parking space , refuse storages and the replacement of the tall front boundary fence with a low brick wall.

Demolition of the conservatory and erection of a single storey ground floor side infill extension, together with replacement of the rear window with double glazed sliding aluminium doors and alterations to boundary fencing.
