Alterations including replacement of front boundary wall with low wall and black painted metal railing (1.5m high); replacement of metal gate to substation with metal balustrade; and replacement of the front and rear windows with black painted timber sash double glazed windows; restoration to the front signage, replacement of the front doors with metal gates to new brick opening with glazed doors internally, and renovation of the roof including the installation of roof lights, along with other associated works.
