Retrospective application for retention and completion of works to school land including erection of storage sheds, alterations to fencing and external soft and hard landscaping.

Replacement of the front boundary fence with iron railing including new pathway; the replacement of front windows with double glazed windows (like for like), the rear windows/door with bi-folding doors and french doors; the installation of a side window, together with new shed and installation of decking and landscaping area to the rear.
